2019: New economic model and analysis of capacity for real estate investments

The SINTEF foundation manages substantial assets in R&D, real estate, finance and investments/venture. Impello assisted with modelling of long-term financial development in the mother company after all R&D activity had been demerged into subsidiaries. Moreover, SINTEF wanted to stress test the Group’s finances with a higher activity and investment level in real estate development focusing on consequences for profitability, liquidity and solidity.
