Bjørnar Reitan (b. 1969) has been partner, chairman and co-founder of Impello in 2005. Bjørnar Reitan has 20 years of experience as project manager in transaction processes (M&A), financing processes and business consulting. He also has broad experience as CEO and CFO in technology and retail. He has been involved in 50+ closed transactions with a total transaction value of NOK +3 bn. (acquisitions, trade sales, mergers, demergers, MBOs, share issues etc.) and he has also helped raise more than NOK 0.5 bn. growth financing to scale-ups. He has extensive experience as chairman and board member from several boards in both growth companies and larger companies. Bjørnar is also an investor and board member in Trondheims Michelin star restaurant Fagn.
